How do e-brochures work?

One of the most powerful features of LeasingTools is the ability to reach out to potential residents with attractive on-line brochures. You can send brochures to any valid email address and/or reply to on-line requests submitted directed to your LeasingTools interface using the built-in email tool. This brochures are fully customized for your community and contain up-to-date information that you control from the LeasingTools interface.

How can I edit Specials and Prices that show on my e-brochures and web-sites?
You can add and edit specials and prices for floor plans as well as individual units using the buttons provided on the Apartment Inventory page.

Please note that price changes to indivdual units take precedence over floor plan prices. Also it is IMPORTANT to pay attention to expiration dates. Date MUST be in the format mm/dd/yyyy.

How do I add and delete new agents and managers to LeasingTools?
You must be a Manager or Reginal Manager, in order to add users to LeasingTools. Please refer to the how-to document for instructions on how to do this.
